How does LovEat Work?

LovEat is a meal delivery service that offers a weekly menu of healthy dishes and snacks. All you have to do is choose the foods you’d like to order by Sunday at 6 pm. Then, select whether you’d like to pick-up or have your meals delivered on the following Wednesday. It’s that simple!

Does LovEat offer pick-up or delivery options?

Yes. Our meal service currently offers pick-up at our facility. We also offer delivery in Hudson County and Manhattan. If you aren’t located in Hudson County, but reside nearby, do not hesitate to reach out to us - we may be able to deliver to you as well!

How does pricing work?

Every dish and snack have an individual price. For meals, this price reflects one portion. 

Is there a delivery minimum?

The meal delivery order minimum for Hudson County is $30, plus our $5 delivery fee. For Manhattan orders, the delivery minimum is $80 along with a $20 delivery fee.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes. It’s the best way to ensure your food arrives safely and is stored properly upon arrival. As we are a small business and personally deliver the food ourselves. 

What do I do if my order is wrong?

If you ever have an issue with your order, please email us at  within 24 hours of receiving your food and we will fix your order ASAP! 

Do you use organic ingredients?

We use mostly local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We focus on sourcing seasonal produce and the best quality proteins we can find. If you ever have more detailed questions on our ingredients, please e-mail us at or DM on Instagram.

How long do meals stay fresh?

Our meals, soups and snacks stay fresh for 5 days when refrigerated. You can also freeze our meals, soups and snacks for up to 6 months.

What is the best way to heat these meals?

It all depends on your time! When using a microwave, remove the lid from the container and place the dish inside for 1-2  minutes on high. Check halfway to make sure your food isn’t overheating.

You can also heat our meals and snacks in the oven. Simply preheat your oven to 380 degrees. Then, place your meal in an oven-safe container. Heat for 10 minutes, or until your food is perfectly warm.
